steep climb elevator absence
The staff were friendly, that's true.
There was no elevator in this building. I HAD to climb many stairs daily. It was exhausting after sightseeing all day. The steep climb was a HUGE inconvenience.

lovely cafe discount breakfast
the staff was attentive. they gave good restaurant recommendations. i appreciated the supermarket right next door. a lovely cafe was also just down the road. the hotel provided a discount breakfast scheme for it.
there were a lot of steps and no lift. this was difficult after long days.

i liked the large room and friendly staff. it was easy to walk to the center. ludo helped me with everything i needed.
the stairs were steep. there wasnt an elevator. this made it uncomfortable for my dogs and me.
